Why and how do we balance our ROOT CHAKRA
Why do we need to align our Root chakra? How can we re-align our Root chakra? The root chakra, or muladhara, is located at the base of the spine and is associated with stability, security, and grounding. When balanced, it fosters feelings of safety and connection to the physical world, while an imbalance can lead to insecurity and anxiety. Balancing activities can include specific yoga poses, using the color red, and using affirmations like "I am safe".
